Gift Vouchers

Terms and conditions:

1) Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment complete with voucher number.

2) Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months; expired vouchers will be cancelled.

3) Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash.

4) Please quote your voucher number when making a booking.

5) You are welcome to redeem your voucher for an alternative treatment of equal or lesser value. A more expansive therapy can be chosen, with the extra cost payable by you. However, with the differ pay the difference if you require a more.

6) Gift vouches cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

7) Gift vouchers are unable to be used with Private Health Insurance.

8) This gift voucher will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen, and will be considered null and void. A special gift to restore & replenish.
