Health Fund Claims
Please present your physical health fund card before your treatment.
We offer HICAPS for eligible health fund claims. Please bring your health fund card so your claim can be processed during your appointment.
If you prefer to claim directly with your health fund, we can provide a receipt after your treatment. The receipt will include our provider number for manual claiming.
If you do not have your health fund card at the time of your appointment, please email us a clear photo of the front and back of your card on the same day as your treatment. We will then email you a receipt for manual claiming.
Receipts can only be issued on the day of treatment. We are unable to provide receipts for appointments completed on previous dates.
Health fund rebates cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer, discount, package deal, gift voucher, or special promotion.
