Important Information for Remedial Massage Customers

1. Health Fund Card Required:
Please present your original health fund card prior to your treatment.

2. On-the-Spot Claims:
We offer HICAPS services for on-the-spot claims. Make sure to bring your health fund card so we can process the claim during your visit.

3. Receipts for Manual Claims:
If you choose to claim manually, we will provide a receipt with our health fund provider number after your treatment. You can then submit this to your private health fund for reimbursement.

4. Forgotten Card:
If you forget your card, please scan both the front and back and email it to us on the same day as your treatment. We will email you a receipt for manual claiming.

5. Receipts for Prior Treatments:
Please note that we cannot issue receipts for treatments completed on earlier dates.

Health Fund Rebate Policy:
Health fund rebates cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
