Health Fund Rebates for Remedial Massage ONLY!

Please present your original health fund card before a treatment.

You will receive a receipt with a health fund provider number from us, then you can claim it from your private health fund.

We are not able to give you receipts for prior treatments. (If you forget your health fund card please scan the card and sent it to us via email directly the same day as your treatment date. We will send your receipt to your email provided).

Health fund rebates can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
